These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TFTForge.gg, including tftforge.gg, our Teamfight Tactics strategy pages, guides, databases, tier lists, team-builder tools, saved local preferences, and related communications.

By accessing or using TFTForge.gg, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you use TFTForge.gg on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, cookies, browser storage, advertising, analytics, and privacy requests. Your use of TFTForge.gg is also subject to that policy.

The Cookie Settings page lets you clear local site preferences and saved team-builder data stored on your device.

You may use TFTForge.gg only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are not barred from using the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

The public site currently does not require account registration, payment, Riot account connection, or summoner lookup for its core pages. If we later add accounts, paid features, community features, or API-based services, additional terms may apply.

TFTForge.gg provides Teamfight Tactics strategy references, champion and item information, comp ideas, guides, editorial notes, and browser-based planning tools. The site is intended for personal, informational, educational, and community strategy use.

We may change, correct, suspend, remove, or discontinue any page, feature, dataset, guide, or tool at any time. We try to keep the site useful, but we do not guarantee that any feature or content will always be available.

Team-builder plans and similar saved data may be stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for managing and backing up anything you choose to save locally. We are not responsible for browser resets, device changes, deleted storage, or other loss of local data.

If you send us feedback, corrections, bug reports, screenshots, guide suggestions, or other submissions, you grant TFTForge.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and otherwise use that material to operate, improve, promote, and support the site, without obligation to compensate you.

You are responsible for making sure that anything you submit is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not violate the rights of others.

TFTForge.gg's site design, text, editorial organization, original guide material, interface elements, and software are owned by TFTForge.gg or its contributors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Teamfight Tactics, Riot Games, champion names, item names, traits, game artwork, icons, and related game content are owned by Riot Games or its licensors. TFTForge.gg does not claim ownership of Riot Games materials.

TFTForge.gg is an independent community strategy site. It is not endorsed, sponsored, approved, or affiliated with Riot Games, and it does not represent the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties.

TFT changes frequently. Patches, balance changes, live data, translations, item interactions, champion values, and meta trends may change quickly or may be interpreted differently by different players.

Content on TFTForge.gg is provided for general information, entertainment, and strategy reference. It is not professional, financial, legal, or guaranteed competitive advice, and it does not guarantee rank gains, match results, or any particular outcome.

You are responsible for your own gameplay decisions and for checking in-game information, official patch notes, and Riot sources when accuracy is important.

TFTForge.gg may display advertisements, use analytics, rely on hosting or CDN providers, or link to third-party websites, tools, communities, social platforms, and Riot Games resources.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, data practices, security, products, services, or claims.

Links and references are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement unless we clearly say otherwise.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to TFTForge.gg or any feature if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the site, infringed third-party rights, or if we need to protect the site, users, service providers, or legal compliance.

You may stop using TFTForge.gg at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, disputes, and contact provisions.

TFTForge.gg is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the site will be secure, free of harmful components, compatible with every device or browser, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFTForge.gg and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, gameplay decisions, or reliance on site content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to TFTForge.gg will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the site in the twelve months before the claim or 10 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TFTForge.gg and its operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, your submissions, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of TFTForge.gg is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. If there is a conflict between translations, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the site, features, laws, or third-party services change. When we make changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of TFTForge.gg after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
