Corki

Corki is a 4-cost Meeple and Fateweaver champion that usually plays as a backline burst carry. Its pattern rewards longer fights, so a stable frontline and clean targeting are more important than instant burst. Corki appears in Cards & Cartridges and Astral Meep lines, so keep copies when those boards are open.

Consider playing around Corki when you can level cleanly and find key copies on the rolldown. For items, Deathblade and Last Whisper are strong signals that Corki can become a real carry. For team direction, it fits naturally when you are already moving toward Cards & Cartridges and Astral Meep. If it stays one-star, the traits do not activate, or the items point elsewhere, treat it as a transition unit instead of forcing the line.

Deathblade, Last Whisper and Spear of Shojin are recommended. Deathblade keeps attack damage high for basic attacks and physical casts, Last Whisper handles armor-heavy boards and Spear of Shojin speeds up repeated casts. The point of the setup is to give it enough uptime to convert its damage pattern into round wins.

When the perfect setup is not available, use Infinity Edge, Giant Slayer, Kraken's Fury and Blue Buff as substitutes. For damage substitutes, match the damage type and cast tempo instead of forcing random stats. If Corki is only a trait slot, one useful item is enough and the premium items should go to your real carry or main tank.

Early: play strongest board while keeping components that fit Corki. Mid game: level toward the rolldown that can find a two-star copy. Late game: build around Meeple and Fateweaver and add either frontline, control, or secondary damage so the board is not one-dimensional.

Place Corki in the back two rows with a clear line to the enemy frontline. Spread it away from your other carry unless you need same-side focus fire. It needs time to start casting, so avoid letting it get deleted immediately.
