Xayah

Xayah is a 4-cost Stargazer and Sniper champion that usually plays as a backline damage dealer. Its pattern rewards longer fights, so a stable frontline and clean targeting are more important than instant burst. Xayah appears in Void Arcane and Snipin & Vibin lines, so keep copies when those boards are open.

Consider playing around Xayah when you can level cleanly and find key copies on the rolldown. For items, Guinsoo's Rageblade and Deathblade are strong signals that Xayah can become a real carry. For team direction, it fits naturally when you are already moving toward Void Arcane and Snipin & Vibin. If it stays one-star, the traits do not activate, or the items point elsewhere, treat it as a transition unit instead of forcing the line.

Guinsoo's Rageblade, Deathblade and Giant Slayer are recommended. Guinsoo's Rageblade ramps attack speed in longer rounds, Deathblade keeps attack damage high for basic attacks and physical casts and Giant Slayer helps cut through high-health frontliners. The point of the setup is to give it enough uptime to convert its damage pattern into round wins.

When the perfect setup is not available, use Red Buff, Kraken's Fury, Nashor's Tooth and Infinity Edge as substitutes. For damage substitutes, match the damage type and cast tempo instead of forcing random stats. If Xayah is only a trait slot, one useful item is enough and the premium items should go to your real carry or main tank.

Early: play strongest board while keeping components that fit Xayah. Mid game: level toward the rolldown that can find a two-star copy. Late game: build around Stargazer and Sniper and add either frontline, control, or secondary damage so the board is not one-dimensional.

Place Xayah in a back corner or one hex in from the corner against hooks and dives. Scout the enemy carry side and put frontline directly ahead of it. It needs time to start casting, so avoid letting it get deleted immediately.
